Public information
The public site helps families and partners understand admissions pathways, but it does not by itself create enrollment or acceptance.
Riviera Christian Academy International Online admissions Terms
These terms explain how visitors, families, applicants, partner contacts, and authorized portal users may use the RCA International public site and admissions portal.
The public site helps families and partners understand admissions pathways, but it does not by itself create enrollment or acceptance.
Applicants, guardians, partner contacts, and staff users are responsible for accurate information and careful use of portal access.
Application decisions, tuition obligations, partner arrangements, and student expectations are governed by formal school communications and agreements.
These Terms of Use apply to the RCA International public website, public forms, signed admissions links, and admissions portal. In these terms, "Riviera Christian School," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Riviera Christian School and the RCA International admissions experience operated for the school.
By using the site, submitting a form, accessing a signed link, or using the admissions portal, you agree to use these services responsibly and in accordance with these terms. If you are using the services on behalf of a student, family, school, cohort, church, co-op, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
These terms govern use of the website and admissions portal. They do not replace application disclosures, enrollment agreements, tuition/payment communications, partner agreements, agent agreements, student handbooks, academic policies, or formal school decisions. If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed or formally issued school document, the more specific school document controls for that subject.
The public site is intended to provide admissions information for families and partner organizations. We work to keep tuition, accreditation, program, transfer, international, dual-credit, and admissions process information accurate, but public-site information may change and may not apply to every student.
Public pages do not guarantee admission, enrollment, transfer-credit acceptance, course availability, graduation timeline, tuition aid, scholarship availability, partner approval, or college acceptance. International online enrollment is not a United States visa, relocation, or immigration program.
Admissions workflows for minors should be completed by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult. A student should not submit personal information, documents, signatures, or application materials without parent or guardian involvement when required.
By submitting information for a minor, you represent that you have authority to provide the information and participate in the admissions process for that student.
Portal access may use email verification codes, signed links, staff multi-factor authentication, or other security controls. You are responsible for keeping access links, codes, and account access secure. Do not share access with unauthorized people or attempt to access another person's records.
Riviera Christian School may limit, suspend, or revoke access if we believe an account, link, code, or workflow is being misused, compromised, or used in a way that creates security, privacy, or operational risk.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting public forms, application sections, document uploads, partner rosters, signatures, acknowledgments, or staff-facing records. You should promptly correct information if you learn it is incomplete or inaccurate.
Public inquiry and contact forms are not intended for sensitive document uploads. Academic records, identity documents, medical records, family-status documents, or other sensitive materials should be provided only through secure portal workflows or signed upload links supplied by admissions staff.
An inquiry is not an application, acceptance, or enrollment. Admissions staff may request an admissions call, academic records, application materials, guardian acknowledgments, signatures, tuition/payment selections, orientation steps, or other information before making or completing an admissions decision.
Education plans and graduation plans are planning tools based on information available at the time of review. They may change if records are updated, corrected, replaced, or reviewed differently by authorized staff.
Uploaded files must be relevant to the requested admissions or school workflow. You may not upload files that contain malware, unlawful material, unrelated personal information, or content you are not authorized to provide.
Staff may accept an upload, request a replacement, mark a request not needed, waive a request, or ask for additional context. Submitting a document does not guarantee that the document will satisfy an admissions, academic, medical, identity, or enrollment requirement.
Admissions workflows may use electronic communications, email access codes, electronic acknowledgments, and electronic signatures. By using these workflows, you agree that electronic records and signatures may be used for admissions processing where permitted by applicable law and school policy.
You are responsible for reviewing information before signing or acknowledging it. If you believe a record was signed or submitted in error, contact Riviera Christian School promptly.
Tuition amounts on the public site are shown in USD. Public tuition information is for planning and transparency. Final tuition obligations, payment-plan terms, tuition-aid decisions, scholarships, fees, and due dates are controlled by formal school communications and applicable agreements.
Tuition aid and scholarships are not guaranteed. Funds may be limited, eligibility may vary, and separate application, documentation, or processing-fee requirements may apply.
Partner, cohort, school, co-op, church, and agent workflows may require separate review, approval, roster validation, partner portal access, agreements, disclosures, and staff confirmation. Roster submission or partner inquiry does not create automatic student enrollment.
Any referral or agent fee arrangement must be approved through the appropriate staff process and is not determined by the public site alone.
You agree not to misuse the site, forms, links, or portal. Prohibited activity includes:
The website, page content, designs, forms, workflows, logos, graphics, and other materials are owned by Riviera Christian School, its licensors, or approved partners unless otherwise stated. You may use public site content for ordinary personal, family, or partner admissions review. You may not copy, republish, resell, or misuse site content without permission.
The site and admissions portal may use or link to third-party services for forms, authentication, email delivery, scheduling support, analytics, document handling, tuition-aid applications, hosting, security, and related operations. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We may update, suspend, limit, or temporarily disable the public site, forms, signed links, or admissions portal for maintenance, security, upgrades, outages, or operational reasons. If an inquiry or contact form cannot be submitted because the admissions system is unavailable, the public site may show maintenance guidance and ask visitors to try again later or contact the school by phone.
The site and portal are provided to support admissions and school operations. To the extent permitted by law, Riviera Christian School is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information submitted by users, unauthorized account access caused by a user's failure to protect access credentials, third-party service outages, internet failures, or use of the site or portal outside its intended purpose.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law or formal school agreements.
We may update these Terms of Use as the site, admissions portal, school operations, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when this version applies.
Questions about these terms may be sent through the contact form or by calling 503-361-8779.
